Rocky Mountain Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our amazing Utah County area Diabetic Management team.

Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a valid Utah RN license.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must possess clinical, organizational, and, communication skills.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Home health care experience is preferred.
