Rocky Mountain Care, LLC and its affiliates and managed entities (together hereafter referred to as “Rocky Mountain Care”) comply with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination described at 45 CFR § 92.101(a)(2)) RMC does not exclude people or treat them less favorably because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
Rocky Mountain Care provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).
Rocky Mountain Care provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, which may include:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages.

Rocky Mountain Care does provide financial assistance of charity care based on available resources for those who cannot afford care.
Individuals with financial needs should contact the Administrator to make application for charitable care. Additional resources may also be available through the Rocky Mountain Care Foundation. Donations are accepted to help fund charitable care at all Rocky Mountain Care facilities. Admission to Rocky Mountain Care facilities is based on the clinical judgment of the physician and not upon the patient’s financial ability or inability to pay for services. As a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations may be tax deductible.
If you believe that Rocky Mountain Care has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance. If you need help filing a grievance, RMC’s Compliance Committee/1557 Section Coordinator(s) is available to help you.
