A New Home for Rocky Mountain Care in Cache Valley
Cache Meadows Senior Living is a ground-up, purpose-built community now under development in Hyde Park, Utah. Opening in Spring 2028, Cache Meadows will become the new home for the residents, families, and care teams we have served in Cache Valley for years.
The community is designed around 87 suites and 120 beds, with private, semiprivate, bariatric, isolation, and ventilator and trach-capable accommodations. That range means families across Cache Valley can find the level of care they need close to home, including complex respiratory care that has often meant traveling outside the valley.
Every element of the design, from the natural light in the common areas to the layout of the therapy gym, was chosen to support recovery and to feel like a place people want to be.
Rocky Mountain Care has served Utah families for decades. Cache Meadows carries that same commitment forward into a building designed for the next generation of post-acute care.

Cache Meadows is built around a light filled interior Main Street. A skylit cafe, dining venues, an activity center, and welcoming gathering spaces line a walkable indoor corridor, creating the feel of a small town square inside the building.
For residents, it means somewhere to go rather than somewhere to stay. For families, it means visits that happen over coffee instead of at a bedside. For our care teams, it means a building that supports the kind of daily connection that good care depends on.
